Space Joists
Space Joists are a relatively recent addition to Stoneleigh’s family of fabricated timber building components. Light weight and engineered, Space Joists are the very best way of building a floor structure.
The open webs allow the easy routing of cables, pipes and any services between the floor covering and the plasterboard of the ceiling below. Designed specifically so that the openings line up, the time to install the services is a fraction of what it would be with I joists or solid timber.

Space Rafters
Space Rafters are a terrific way of creating a vaulted roof. Using the same construction as Space Joists, they are able to achieve longer spans than other methods and are great for low pitched roofs or modern mono pitched roofs. They offer easy routing for services and the depth of the beams makes it simple to install the necessary depth of insulation. Hitting your desired technical performance is never a problem when you use this product.
